Effective June 8, 2022, Precious Blood Renewal Center will be suspending its requirement that visitors to the center show proof of vaccination for COVID-19.
Below are the updated COVID protocols for the Renewal Center.
Precious Blood Renewal Center Covid Protocols
Updated June 8, 2022
Vaccinations. We strongly encourage everyone who attends events at Precious Blood Renewal Center to be vaccinated and boosted for their safety and the safety of others. Vaccination status will not be a condition of in person participation unless local health laws or ordinances dictate otherwise.
Masks. Anyone who wants to wear a mask is welcomed to do so at any time. We follow the CDC’s COVID-19 Community Level guidelines for mask wearing. At the beginning of each program the leader of the program will announce whether masks are required or not. Participants should bring masks, even though they may not be used.
Social Distancing. The Renewal Center will continue to practice social distancing, cleaning and food handling protocols recommended by the CDC and local health officials. We will maintain capacity limits on in door programs based on room size. We encourage all participants to wash their hands frequently and to use hand sanitizers.
Symptoms and Exposure. If you have been exposed to a known COVID case within seven days of a program or are exhibiting symptoms, we respectfully ask you not to attend a program at the Renewal Center. If you attend an event and test positive within 7 days, please notify us, so we can alert other participants. The confidentiality of the individual will be honored.
Note: While the Renewal Center is suspending its vaccine mandate as of June 8, 2022, we will continue to monitor the COVID situation in our area, take appropriate precautions as necessary and adjust these protocols accordingly. We continue to monitor CDC and local guidelines for making decisions.
Nearly all of our programs have online or live stream options. If anyone feels unsure about attending an in-person event, we encourage you to check out the online or live stream options.
Our aim with these measures is to protect our friends and guests who are in vulnerable situations. Please join us in praying and working for an end to this pandemic.
If you have questions or concerns, please send us a note using the box below.

September is back to school time. I’ve chosen to reflect on the Eucharistic Prayer for Masses with Children III, because you may hear this prayer if you join a school Mass in your parish.
Taizé is an ecumenical, meditative prayer experience using music, chants and scripture. We gather on the first Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. Each month we explore a different theme. The theme for September was "New Beginnings."
