Special Note for Today’s Video Meditation: Please bring a crucifix that you can hold in your hands.
As you settle into your place of prayer, Fr. Ron Will asks you to relax. Take a couple of deep breaths. Inhale the presence of God. Exhale any anxiety or stress you have in your body. Be present to this moment.
Hold the crucifix in your hand. Look at it closely. Begin to focus your attention on Jesus on the cross.
Allow Fr. Ron to lead you as you enter into this mediation.
God bless you on your Lenten journey.

He has a special interest in helping form intentional disciples of Jesus, encouraging others to go spiritually deep-sea diving to explore a deeper relationship with God, and walking with people as they dive into the ocean of God’s mystery actually experiencing God rather than simply dipping one’s toe into the water.]

Movies depend on conflict between good and bad. We love it when good overcomes evil and all is well again. Plots like this entertain us because we wish real life was like that. In real life, though, no one is totally good and no one totally bad. Real humans are a mix of good and bad. And that feels uncomfortable.
