Cranberries are a favorite Thanksgiving feature for so many people and this Cranberry, Orange and Apple Relish is the perfect complement to your holiday meals.
But it doesn’t have to just stay on your holiday table. Try it on top of your oatmeal in the mornings or mix it in with yogurt for a fruity, tangy, sweet treat.
Cranberry, Orange and Apple Relish
This recipe makes about 4 cups which should serve up to 10 people. You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to five days or freeze it for up to three weeks.
If you can’t find fresh cranberries, frozen ones work as well. Make sure they are thoroughly thawed before using them.
A Thanksgiving Prayer
Let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one body. And be thankful.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.
And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
— Colossians 3:15-17
