Are you looking for a practical and empowering approach to let go of the thoughts and feelings that block happiness, impede change, and hinder self-acceptance. The many faith traditions of the world recognize that letting go and letting be are key. But the question remains: how?

Join us as we reflect on Peter Russell’s book, Letting Go of Nothing: Relax Your Mind and Discover the Wonder of Your True Nature. The author proposes methods that generate what many are seeking: peace of mind, fresh perspectives, and wisdom in action. He asserts: “In turbulent times like ours, this is a true power, one available to all of us.”

We have 12 books at a reduced cost, but you have to pick it up at the Renewal Center. Limited Supply. You can pay for the book when you register.

Each session will begin with an emptying practice such as centering prayer, creating or coloring a mandala, basking in a contemplative music video, and walking the labyrinth or engaging in an inside contemplative walk if that is your preference.

Peter Russell is an author, speaker, and leading thinker on consciousness and contemporary spirituality. His wide-ranging education includes psychology, meditation, and Eastern philosophy.
